Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in industrial relations to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin being a significant advantage. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategies managing industrial relations and supporting our diverse workforce to achieve organizational goals. Key

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and promoting open communication.
• Manage industrial relations activities including negotiations with unions handling disputes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support talent acquisition onboarding performance management and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and business outcomes.
• Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across regions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on industrial relations.
• Indepth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution negotiation and managing union relationships.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
