Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 10 years of experience in utilities industry or largescale project management environment 5 years in managerial roles
- Experience working in GCC

Job Purpose:
To plan manage and coordinate the DC project portfolio and its related activities across company’s work locations within approved costs timelines functionality and quality in order to ensure that the DC project cycle is completed and meets agreed project parameters standards statutory requirements and objectives
Contracting
- Develop relationships with key third party engineering and construction contractors to ensure that all assigned work can be carried out in a timely and costeffective manner without adding to company’s operational overhead.
Project Management
- Plan and coordinate project execution and delivery; by prioritizing setting project timelines plan of actions etc. to achieve conformity and consistency among different projects undertaken across the company.
- Set the overall project management framework and guidelines which are aligned with international best practices for effective planning delivery and execution of various projects.
- Review project proposals or plans to determine methodologies time frame funding limitations procedures for accomplishing projects manning requirements and allocating available resources to various phases of projects in accordance with agreed plans.
Projects Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting
- Guide and oversee the management of projects through proper communication and liaison with all departments of the company government bodies and external contractors ensuring that the execution of projects are carried out within approved budgets and as per scope of work smoothly with respect to performance and progress through all phases of the project till completion and successful handover.
- Guide and facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensure that execution is at all times within stated timelines quality and budgets. Undertake a final review of all projects and provide final approval of all completion certificates and authorize payments by finance ensuring that all obligations are met as per the contract.
