We are seeking two talented and versatile Graphic Designers & Video Editors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong blend of graphic design and video editing skills with the ability to produce highquality shortform content for a variety of social media platforms. They should be wellversed in the latest trends in digital marketing possess a keen design sense and be able to adapt to a range of brand aesthetics including D2C B2B and major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and edit engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce 35 pieces of shortform content daily demonstrating creativity and efficiency.
- Stay uptodate with current trends in social media design and video editing to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Utilize a broad range of software for animation video editing and graphic design ensuring highquality outcomes.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in graphic design and video editing ideally within a digital marketing context.
- Fluent in English with excellent understanding of copy to ensure coherent brand messaging.
- Proficient in major design and video editing software.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure meeting tight
deadlines. - Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and video editing projects.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with strong communication and
teamwork skills.
Technical Proficiency:
The ideal candidates will be proficient in the following software and platforms demonstrating a comprehensive ability to both design and edit videos to produce captivating visual content:
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop for creating and editing images and designs.
- Illustrator for vectorbased graphics and illustrations.
- After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
- Premiere Pro for video editing and postproduction work.
- Final Cut Pro: As an alternative to Premiere Pro proficiency in Final Cut Pro for video editing on Mac systems is highly valued.
- Animation Software: Knowledge of animation software (such as Adobe Animate Blender or Cinema 4D) for creating animated graphics and video elements.
- Social Media Platforms: An understanding of the specific video and image requirements for various social media platforms (such as Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook and LinkedIn) is crucial. This includes knowledge of aspect ratios file sizes and content trends specific to each platform.
Additional Skills:
- A strong eye for design understanding of color theory typography and layout principles.
- Ability to adapt visual styles to fit different brands and audiences ranging from corporate to casual.
- Skilled in creating storyboards and prototypes to visualize ideas before execution for longer tail campaigns.
