Job Role:
- Distribution Management Appointment of Distributors Territory Allocation Ensuring width and depth of Distributor Distributor infrastructure planning inventory Management.(Develop & manage Efficient distribution network for sales)
- Sales Team : Appointment of Sales Officer / Sales Reps Training and Development Sales Target Planning Productivity norms Distribution Objectives. Managing training & motivating the existing sales team to drive distribution & revenue Growth
- Monitoring Sales team performance & analyzing sales data
- Collecting Customer & Market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Sales Target / Forecasting : Sales Forecast / Plans to deliver Sales Target Planning of Sales / Trade Promotions
- Collections / Cash Flow: Meet Company Norms on collections; Optimize Distributor Investment to maximize Sales
- Merchandising and Promotions : Meet Product display norms plan trade activities and local promotions Event Management
- MIS Report: Timely Reporting of Sales information as per norms and Standards.
- Market Survey / Competitive information : Analyze brand trends Consumer Feedback trade responses Competitive Tracking and Action plans advertising effectiveness and promotion feedback. Collecting Customer & Market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Process & Systems: Work as per company guidelines and suggest ways of improvement
- Proficient in MS office application /SFA & DMS
- Any other assignment given by management from time to time as per company's requirement
