Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the areas of Estate Planning law in the State of Minnesota.

Types of work may include drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion with a focus on drafting Estate Planning Packages for the State of Minnesota.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Minimum of 5 years in practice

Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience sole practitioners welcome to apply

Strong research and writing skills including drafting Will Trusts Estates and Codicils

Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized

Selfstarter and able to work independently

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $75.00 $85.00 per hour plus

Expected hours: Up to 40 hours
