Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team. The Academic IT Counsellor will play a key role in engaging with prospective students understanding their career goals and educational needs and guiding them towards the most suitable training programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their professional aspirations.


Requirements

1. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background career objectives and prior experience.

2. Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selecting the most appropriate training programs based on their goals and skill level.

3. Explain the curriculum course objectives and learning outcomes of our IT training programs to prospective students in a clear and concise manner.

4. Address any questions or concerns raised by students regarding the training programs admission process or other related matters.

5. Assist students in completing the enrolment process including filling out application forms submitting required documents and processing payments.

6. Follow up with prospective students through phone calls emails or inperson meetings to provide additional information and support as needed.

7. Collaborate with the admissions team to track student inquiries applications and enrolment numbers and provide regular updates on prospective student status.

8. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and changes in the IT job market to advise students on their career paths effectively.

9. Participate in marketing events webinars and outreach activities to promote our training programs and attract new students.

10. Maintain accurate records of student interactions inquiries and enrolment data using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate in any relevant Field
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
3. Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
4. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional service to students throughout their educational journey.
