Position; Chatbot Conversational AI

Location: Orlando FL. (Open for Remote as well but there would be 1015% travel depending upon client need).

Role: Engagement Manager

Specific skill set: Banking domain and banking products experience. Experienced PGM is the primary. AI is a plus.

Certifications: Any Certifications related to the Banking domain with additional credentials in AI and chatbot development are a plus.

Who are we looking for

8 to 15 years experience in IT Industry

Technical Skills:

  • Lead the development and implementation of endtoend banking solutions leveraging your expertise in both technology and banking domain knowledge with a particular emphasis on AI and Conversational AI (Chatbot) applications.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on banking operations regulations and technology platforms providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders with a specific focus on AIdriven solutions and Chatbot capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams fostering strong communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities with a focus on integrating AI and Chatbot solutions seamlessly into banking workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs incorporating AI and Chatbot functionalities where applicable.
  • Solution the endtoend banking application integrating with various core banking systems AI and BOT applications. Guiding and supporting the implementation teams for timely and quality deliverables.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI and BOT technologies and applying them to optimize banking operations and customer experiences.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate team members and clients on solution capabilities including Banking AI and Chatbot development methodologies and best practices.
  • Participate in presales activities including solution presentations demonstrations and proposal development to support business development efforts and drive revenue growth showcasing the value proposition of AIdriven banking solutions and chatbot functionalities.

Personal Skills:

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking technology with a focus on delivering endtoend solutions for banking operations including extensive experience in AI and Conversational AI (Chatbot) related projects.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes products (FiServ DNA/Premier JackHenry (Symitar) Q2 etc.) and regulations with handson experience in core banking systems payment processing and digital banking platforms particularly those enhanced with AI capabilities and chatbot integration.
  • Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams in the design and implementation of complex banking solutions leveraging AI technologies and BOT frameworks to optimize customer engagement streamline operations and enhance decisionmaking processes.
  • Has experience in managing multiple banking projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization showcasing the benefits and value proposition of AIdriven solutions and chatbot functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly understand and address business challenges through the strategic application of AI algorithms and BOT automation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools including the integration of AI development cycles and chatbot deployment strategies into iterative project frameworks.
  • Any Certifications related to Banking domain or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with additional credentials in AI and chatbot development are a plus.
