Position: Customer Support Representative

Salary Range: $800$1000/month

Working Schedule: 9 AM5 PM Pacific Time

About the company

The client is a Home Price Protection that lets you secure the value of your home against market downturns beyond your control.

Responsibilities:

• Screening leads
• Answering inbound calls
• CRM Management
• Sequence creation for constant followup (Hubspot)
• Collaborating with the loan officers for a seamless transition and process
• Updating a DocuSignstyle document with the client's info sending it to the client and tracking it to make sure they sign.
• Responding and answering texts and questions that come in via email
• Transfer leads (depending on how the screening went) to loan officers in varying states

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in exactly similar position or 5 years of total working experience
• Proficiency in Hubspot and Zoom is a must
• Proficiency in Opentalk (or similar tool)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
