Software Engineer - CDRM IC

This position will engage, collaborate and partner with Product Management, Software Development, Dev Ops, and technology partners to drive the strategy and approach for our Holdmail solution. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of highly scalable and mission critical solutions for the Information Capturing Crew which is part of Client Documents and Records Management. We're looking for a Lead Java Backend Fullstack Developer to: • participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle – requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment • contribute to technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services • be responsible for design and development related tasks • act as the Tech Lead for your Agile Pod • work with Business Analysts and Testers during implementation, verification and solving production support issues • engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels across UBS, including international locations • comply with all applicable UBS standards, principles and policies for S/W development and rollouts
