Tasks

• Accurately taking care of the order processing delivery creation and shipment processing
• Support Customers through a prompt resolution to issues regarding stock availability sales orders shipment status product and services
• Build strong customer relationships
• Receive and process sales orders
• Follow up on order status and order book maintenance
• Attending trade shows

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support
• Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with different stakeholders
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailedoriented and proactive
• Great organizational skills proactivity and desire to develop
