Role: As we expand our market and geographical presence we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts.
This is a Key Leadership position and the incumbent is expected to work closely with the CEO to drive growth.
The Sales Leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth developing strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. This leadership position requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales management a deep understanding of the IT /IT Staffing industry and the ability to inspire and lead a highperforming sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the Company goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive leadership to set Sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Drive new client acquisition through effective sales strategies and relationshipbuilding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Implement customer retention programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
- Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes to optimize sales operations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales activities challenges and opportunities.
Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role with a large IT Services / Staffing Services provider. Should have led multi geography sales teams servicing Fortune 500 companies.
