AppSupport Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive knowledge base for our large language models to
support datadriven decisions and product enhancements.
Design prepare and maintain informative dashboards and periodic reports to monitor
performance metrics and model behaviour.
Write clear and concise documentation that explains complex technical processes to
stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.
Use KQL/SQL for querying databases to retrieve manipulate and analyse data relevant
to the language models.
Implement rigorous quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data being
used by language models and reports.
Collaborate with engineering data science and operations teams to understand data
needs and to support model training and improvements.
Drive continuous improvement in the knowledge base infrastructure to adapt to evolving
model requirements and industry standards.
Ensure proper alignment of the knowledge base content with regulatory and company
guidelines.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant data management dashboard preparation and
report analysis techniques.
Facilitate the sharing of insights and best practices within the team and across the
organization.
Required Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated expertise in KQL/SQL for data querying and analysis.
Strong proficiency with MS Excel and experience in the creation of dynamic dashboards.
Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from
complex data sets.
Ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly to both technical and
nontechnical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
