Mandatory Skills:

1. 8 years of Experience using Virtual Appointment software for organizing schedules and managing appointments.
2. 8 years of Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
3. 8 years of Experience in evaluating analyzing and developing documentation and training material.
4. 8 years of Experience in developing flow charts and diagrams describing the logical operational steps of programs.
5. 8 years of Experience in planning and delivering specialized trainings to others.

Desirable Skills:

1. 5 years of experience in using Microsoft Bookings or other Virtual Appointment scheduling software.
2. 5 years of Experience using Microsoft Teams
