Overview of Job Responsibilities
Investment Operations Analyst (Mutual Funds and ETFs)
The position will assist with responsibilities around PLFA operational matters including FundofFund trade rebalances foreign markets oversight and general operational oversight. The position may also have various involvement with vendors and custodians 15C analyses and other investment or operational oriented projects as we continue to change and innovate as a group.
There are many support functions within operations. The ideal candidate does not necassarily have to have experience in every category below as most of these are trainable. Here is a summary of some but not all of the responsibilities this position will be involved with:
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 35 years experience working in the field of finance insurance asset management etc.
- College degree in business finance or similar discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products with an intermediate level in Excel.
- Comfortable with multitasking across an array of projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Analytical skills with mindfulness and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties.
