Network Engineer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure components including routers switches access points and wireless controllers from Cisco and Aruba.
  
• Collaborate with offshore 1st level support team to provide 2nd/3rd level support when necessary ensuring timely resolution of network issues.
  
• Conduct capacity management planning and reporting activities related to network infrastructure and bandwidth to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Utilize network management tools such as Orion to monitor and manage network devices performance and availability.
  
• Document network solutions configurations and environments accurately for reference and future troubleshooting.
  
• Assist in DNS and DHCP administration tasks to ensure seamless network connectivity and address assignment.
  
• Adhere strictly to Lyondellbasells change management policies and procedures when implementing network changes or upgrades.
