WorkShop in collaboration with Samsung is now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the MX team (smartphones tablet smartwatches and PCs) in Denmark.We offer an exciting opportunity in an international and rapidly growing company where your skills ambitions and determination will shape your future. At Samsung youll work in an environment where the time from idea to action is short. This position is based at the Samsung office in Ballerup with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week during normal office hours.

Never will two days be the same at Samsung. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing Retail channels (B2C) which means selling Samsung smartphones tablets PCs wearables and accessories. You will collaborate with six other KAMs and a diverse team of around 72 professionals including sales marketing SCM IT and local management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle two key B2C clients in MX DK business.
  • Target is to grow our business with these clients measured in our IHS (inhousemarket share) SI & SO (sellin and sellout).
  • Analyze development and make strong actions based on this through quarterly planning as well as day to day actions
  • Internal and external sellin and execution of plans as KAM but in cooperation with designated CML (Customer marketing lead). Measured on campaign effect vs. forecast (accrual) and IHS
  • Forecast SCM strong SI and SO A/Rs Taking part of Business review and strong presentation skills is also part of the role

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sellin/sellout and optimal channel stock responsibility throughout the whole channel
  • Business Analyzing: customer level business analyses including Sellin / Sellout optimization WOS Forecasting
  • Creating and executing promotional activities for MX products together with customers
  • Cooperating and optimizing business through and with different stakeholders such as business controllers field force B2B KAMs PMs and more.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates enterprising and resultsoriented work approach with a focus on selfdevelopment and career advancement
  • Exhibits strong analytical thinking effective communication and persuasion skills
  • Possesses qualifications in communication negotiation and structured approach to duties along with a high team spirit and drive to achieve goals
  • Shows understanding and interest in technical issues and can contribute beyond own area of responsibility when needed
  • Proficient in Excel and has market knowledge of customers products markets and requirements
  • Previous sales experience in retail or telecom operator including business generation budget followup and product forecasting
  • Preferably 5 years in a relevant sales role with experience in telco business or other electronics considered advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Danish
