Murex System Analyst

• Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
  
• Handson business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues process changes and functional requirements.
  
• Design test cases & defining testing approaches.
  
• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
  
• Work with vendor to resolve issues and answer user queries.
  
• Assist Users during the testing phase.
  
• Working on the trade migration approach.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities needs as well as system improvements.
  
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
  
• Conduct user training sessions.
  
• Requirement Gathering for FO Interfaces & Reports
  
  

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelors Degree preferably from Finance Financial Engineering Business Analysis or Computer Science
  Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst/System analyst in Product Control
  
• Understanding Treasury product: FX MM Equities etc and their valuation mechanism for at least 1 asset class
  
• Experience on Market data setup in Murex
  
• Strong knowledge of CSA and its effect on valuations
  
• Proven and demonstrable track record delivering projects in financial services preferable Investment banking and Risk
  
• Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications
  
• Experience on Murex environment management would be an advantage
  
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills
