Job Description/ Responsibilities

1. Good understanding of zOS storage concepts.
2. Have strong knowledge of CA1 and RMM products.
3. Should have worked on CA1 to RMM or RMM to CA1 migration.
4. Work independently in a complex environment.
Work with multiple teams for day to day activities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards
Work with multiple teams for daytoday activities
Work independently in a sophisticated environment
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop scalable solutions
Provide authority mentorship on z/OS administration ensuring high availability and performance
Lead MF Storage (IBM) configurations optimizing storage solutions for efficiency and reliability
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies
Look out for new technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture
Facilitate knowledgesharing sessions on standard processes in infrastructure management
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly
Be responsible for the evaluation and selection of infrastructure technologies tools and processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability
Migrate CA1 to RMM
Position Qualifications:
At least 10 years of work experience.
Required skills: zOS Storage CA1 and RMM
Good understanding of zOS storage concepts
Solid understanding of CA1 and RMM products
Have experience working on CA1 to RMM or RMM to CA1 migration
