As a Sr. Account Manager ASO you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our Administrative Services Only (ASO) clients. This role requires a deep understanding of ASO services strong client management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Senior Account Manager ASO who will:

Responsible for maintaining relationships with Health Plans largest and most complex ASO accounts

Deliver bestinclass daytoday account service to ensure retention objectives are met

Provide strategic account oversight and leadership in all interactions related to the client including annual renewal negotiations and annual contract review processes

Work with the functional areas within the organization to identify the areas where the Providence Health Plan services intersect with the client demands

Required qualification:

Bachelors Degree OR a combination of equivalent education and experience

10 years of experience in selfinsured health plans

Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation

Preferred qualifications:

Strong ASO and/or TPA background with a strong understanding of stop loss and the selfinsured market needs

Relevant experience in all aspects of selfinsured health plan benefits and service with a proven ability to problem solve
