Our Technical Writing team

The Technical Writing team at Rahi focuses on Customer (Internal / external) engagement and experience as a part of our Managed Services program. Team operates from customer site (only external) to take care of EndtoEnd document activities creation modification and maintaining it as per the requirements and customer standards. Need to work closely with the Business team in requirement gathering and execute the tasks based on the agreed SLO.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to quickly grasp complex detailed technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  
• Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  
• Good understanding of the Networking / IT infrastructure domain.
  
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for prioritization.
  
• Extreme attention to detail even when balancing multiple simultaneous projects
  
• Research and build knowledge about products services technology or concepts to be documented.
  
• Write easytounderstand user interface text online help and developer guides.
  
• Create tutorials to help endusers use a variety of applications.
  
• Analyse existing and potential content focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities.
  
• Ensure that the content is grammatically correct creative and required proofreading is done
  
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
  
• Experience using XML tools to create documentation.
  
• Experienced in general Linux commands and knowhow common scripting utilities like any of this bash PowerShell python.
  
• Experienced in creating impactful business PPTs for the senior leadership team.
  
• Have relevant experience of user behaviour (how people read and absorb information)
  
• Generate innovative and quality content based on Management inputs for internal websites newsletters Quarterly business reports.
  
• Able to take lead and deliver projects in a timely manner
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
  
• Engineering degree holder (Pref: Comp Science / Electronics) or equivalent.
  
• Having Network certification (e.g.: CCNA) is preferred
  
• Having the ITIL certification is a plus
