This is a remote position.

ScaleX Solutions is one of the fastest growing outsourcing company in the Philippines and Australia.

Were currently hiring for a Bookkeeper for one of our esteemed clients.

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience and must be familiar with working for or with Australian clients. Proficiency in using Xero QuickBooks or MYOB is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping function
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial data integrity
  • Reconcile accounts prepare financial statements and generate reports
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other tax compliance tasks
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the preparation of endofyear accounts and audits

Requirements

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience working with or for Australian clients

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)
