______________________________ Resmed's advertisement: As the Commercial Marketing Lead for the EMEA region, reporting into the Vice President, Provider Marketing at ResMed, you will be responsible for the overall B2B go-to-market strategy in your region, partnering closely with Product and Revenue on goals and success metrics that contribute to revenue growth, balancing global audience strategy with near-term business goals. In this critical role, you will create and drive execution of targeted plans that: raise buyer awareness around the problems we solve well. You will create demand for our portfolio of solutions and nurture this demand into high-intent pipeline. You will growth markets by, leading innovative GTM programs that expand access to therapy across key Provider market segments while ensuring the successful retention of our provider customers. Let’s talk about Responsibilities: • Regional Marketing Strategy: you will be part of a global team, supporting in creating a unified global audience strategy reflective of our investment objectives. Following its development, you will be responsible for translating this strategy into actionable plans tailored for implementation within the EMEA region. • Market Analysis: you will act as the region's advocate for required market research initiatives in EMEA, enabling a deep understanding of the provider audience. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate very closely with Revenue, Product, Creative, Digital, Marketing Ops and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a cohesive approach. • Campaign Management: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Content Strategy: You will be overseeing the adaptation of compelling marketing collateral, content, and messaging that resonates with the target audience in your region. • Event Management: You will be responsible for planning and executing regional events, conferences, and trade shows in collaboration with key stakeholders. • Brand Consistency: You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence in your region, ensuring consistent translation of brand in the GTM strategies • Sales Enablement: You will also need to work in close collaboration with the revenue team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and support to drive successful customer interactions. • Metrics and Reporting: You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering on the defined KPIs to enable the Revenue and audience objectives.
