As a Business Development Manager Baby Beauty Fashion Category you will oversee and drive the growth of our category business services portfolio which includes categories such as baby beauty and fashion products. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

1. Leverage deep industry insights and comprehensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
2. Take charge of core project execution strategic initiatives and marketing activities ensuring successful outcomes and meeting KPIs.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships ensure product availability and address supply chain challenges efficiently.
4. Lead mentor and expand the local operations team to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
5. Manage special projects including market research and potential acquisitions contributing to strategic decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce field.
• Experienced in handling incubation and acquisition for baby beauty and fashion products.
• Experienced in Auto Loan related would be strong plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the ecommerce and digital services industries.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
