Duties & Responsibilities
- Regularly inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues, defects, or potential hazards.
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure their optimal functioning and longevity.
- Diagnosing problems with equipment or systems and implementing appropriate solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Responding to maintenance emergencies, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures, and taking prompt action to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories to track performance and compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for occupants and employees.
