We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the companys overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search
- Manage the companys social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the companys overall marketing strategy
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform digital marketing strategy
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on digital marketing performance to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends
- Manage budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of website design and user experience best practices
- Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus
