سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيTo develop, implement and manage planned and reactive activities so as to ensure the 24/7/365 safe, coordinated and optimized delivery of all Facilities Management (FM) services across the designated areas. This will include but not be limited to building finishes, MEP engineering, utilities, cleaning, infrastructure, landscaping, operational health & safety and security. Work closely with AM and TCAD staff to develop service requirements, implement and continuously improve the same. With AM and TCAD staff, develop, prepare and submit detailed FM Residential and Retail budgets. Staff administration, performance management (PMP), mentoring and development. Provide reactive response, repair and maintenance services to Residential/Retail owners / tenants during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) as per the agreed-to scope. Provide reactive response, repair and maintenance services to unsold / unoccupied UDC-owned properties as per the agreed-to scope. Work closely with the TPOC and TCAD and their nominated FM contractors. Participate in the construction handover process from E&C / DAR. Effectively deal with all MC Residential and Retail areas day-to-day FM operational issues as per the agreed-to scope. In conjunction with the Procurement Department and O&M Manager, participate and assist in the preparation of maintenance service contracts and their subsequent mobilization and implementation Performance manage all subcontractors and other service providers ensuring that the prescribed service levels are consistently met Provide service level and asset performance reporting across all areas of responsibility utilizing Integrated Work Management System (IWMS). Ensure the optimization of energy usage across all plant and equipment throughout all MC Residential and Retail areas as per the agreed-to scope, and promote general energy consciousness and education. Job Category Administration & Secretarial Degree qualified in a subject relevant to Facilities Management e.g. engineering or architecture. Membership of a relevant professional body or institution is preferred. An additional business-related qualification will be well regarded. Significant relevant experience in a TPQ-comparable facilities management, site management or operations management environment. Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Good manager of people in a multi-cultural environment. Must be a proactive self starter with ‘energy’ and a ‘can do’ attitude – focused on outcomes. Fluency in spoken English with superior report writing and presentation skills. Strong Client and contractor management skills with willingness to mentor and develop contractors. Must be technically strong and be able to provide guidance in at least one FM discipline Good understanding of international standards on building services and FM. Ability to read, analyze and interpret procurement service contracts.
