The Role
We are looking for someone to join our strategy team a collection of brilliant, curious, and creative generalists. However, for this role, we are looking for that skillset with an additional specialist focus on digital, tech, and data - and who can offer us the following attributes and experience...
A passionate leader that can inspire teams both internally and externally
Commercially savvy
To have a strong one-on-one relationship with each of your senior clients CMOs, CEOs, etc
You will be responsible for the quality of strategic digital thinking on several client accounts
You will have a strong practitioner-level understanding of digital media, adtech/martech, and how to use first, second and third-party datasets to give clients a demonstrable competitive advantage
Help clients grow their business with creative problem solving and digital transformation projects from analytics to data clean rooms, to good old-fashioned planning
To provide clarity and direction on key clients accounts
To be able to consult on a marketing/business strategy level (not just media) to keep our client thinking upstream
To deliver nuanced digital strategies for each brand, led by insight and evidence
Identify growth opportunities across the business and lead teams to deliver solutions
Understand the marketplace and be able to translate into clear actionable plans or opportunities for clients
To pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
To stay in touch with cutting-edge tech, measurement techniques, and media owners to keep us ahead of the market, upskilling the agency on these developments
To ensure strategic recommendations are evident in implementation
To keep an ear to the ground at industry events, reporting back to the agency
To increase our strategic profile by writing and publishing perspectives and thought pieces
To lead the digital, tech, and data strategy in new business pitches when needed
Requirements
You will live and breathe digital, tech, and data strategy and be an innovative forward-facer always looking to discover and test the best new developments that are right for your client
A thinker and creative problem solver, who can set out clear ideas that make a difference to client businesses and to the agency itself
A convincing presenter, able to sell strategies to clients and inspire them to buy in to breakthrough ideas that don t follow category conventions
You will be pragmatic a doer , someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
Able to translate digital possibilities and strategic direction into executional guidance
We are an agency built on culture and collaboration you will have great interpersonal skills and be confident speaking to teammates, clients, other agencies and media owners, politely and positively, with the ability to make the complex simple
