Area Sales Manager - Fire Life Safety

Job Opportunity: Fire & Life Safety Area Sales Manager (North West). On offer is a salary of between 35,000 and 42,000 per year, five weeks holiday, a generous commission scheme, company car, pension scheme etc.,

As the Fire & Life Safety Area Sales Manager you will be developing relationships, managing existing accounts and seeking new opportunities within the Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems and Toilet Alarm Systems (Fire and Life Safety) sector. This will include surveying and quoting for works.

As the Fire & Life Safety Area Sales Manager you will:

Be responsible for the growth of both existing and new business within the North West.

Living within commuting distance of Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or Oldham.

Surveying and quoting for a range of projects that will include Supply. Supply & Commission. Supply, Installation & Commission.

Designing Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems and Toilet Alarm Systems.

Preparing and submitting quotes to clients.

Liaising with suppliers for the most competitive quotes.

Developing strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

As the Fire & Life Safety Area Sales Manager you will need to demonstrate:

Experience of account management and new business development within this sector.

The ability to produce designs and quotes for Fire Detection & Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Disabled Refuge and Toilet Alarm systems.

A good knowledge of managing the North West as a sales territory.

Problem solving skills that comply with legislation.
