What is the opportunity?
We are recruiting a Junior Accountants.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Booking Supplier Invoices
- Creating Client Invoices
- Managing payroll accounting
- Bookkeeping and recording of accounting entries for a portfolio of customers, independents, sarl, SA
- Preparation of support working documents (interest calculations, amortization/depreciation tables, )
- Keeping accurate accounting records
- Assisting in preparation of periodic reporting and annual accounts
- Assisting in preparation of legal documentation such as minutes of meetings
- Liaising with internal and external parties where needed in order to record transactions
- Assisting the client audit process when required
Requirements
- Completed a degree in accounting, finance or similar
- Experience in accounting in a fiduciary company environment is an asset
- Fluency in English and French or German (written and spoken). Any other language is an asset
- Interest in the work of an accounting or fiduciary company
- Willingness to learn and work with online accounting packages such as Zoho Books & Odoo
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and other SAAS
