TIBCO AMX BPM - Business Process Management

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop solutions using TIBCO AMX BPM ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

Implement and configure TIBCO AMX BPM processes rules and interfaces to meet project objectives.

Integrate TIBCO AMX BPM with other systems and applications using web services and messaging protocols.

Conduct testing troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and scalability of BPM solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams including mentoring junior developers and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to BPM TIBCO products and cloud platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in TIBCO AMX BPM with a focus on solution design.

Knowledge of TIBCO BW is a plus.

Strong understanding of JavaScript SQL Web Services (SOAP/REST) JSON and XML.

Experience working in customerfacing roles and agile/devOps teams.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to take responsibility and drive results.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
