As a QuickDraw Consultant youll be at the forefront of real estate sales building connections with leads via phone text and Zoom. This role extends beyond traditional sales; youll serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate their selling options based on their unique circumstances. The sales cycle typically spans 1560 days with conversions ranging from a single call to months of communication. Success in this role hinges on always providing value during initial interactions and followups. To support your efforts each QuickDraw Consultant receives a monthly Creative Close allowance empowering them to personalize their approach by sending their leads gestures like handwritten letters food and artwork. This allowance enhances their chances of success by fostering meaningful connections with leads.

In addition to relationshipbuilding QuickDraw Consultants calculate offer prices using comparable sales data.

This role is fastpaced and competitive. Its the largest driving force of company revenue. QuickDraw Consultants play a vital role in the organizations success.
