Finance and Accounting Analyst mwd -

ShowHeroes is looking for a financial analyst who will play a key role in providing comprehensive operational and financial analysis to drive decisionmaking within the company. This role involves navigating intercompany transactions with expertise while understanding accounting principles and recording processes within our ERP tool. As a financial analyst you will also deal with financial data extracting insights to increase the companys profitability solvency sustainability and liquidity.

Tasks

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets forecasts financial reports etc.) considering the companys objectives
• Posting and checking accounting records in the ERP
• Monitor and determine the financial situation by analyzing current results against forecasts
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Managing intercompany operations
• Provide finance assistance to Brazil management
• Promote process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
• monthly and annual financial reporting
• Review and correct accounting entries posted by the external accounting company
• Cash forecast: short and mid term
• Implement and update the ERP of the group and attend its continuing improvements

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related areas
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets databases MS Office and/or similar
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
• Knowledge of financial applications software (a plus)
• Advanced English and/or Spanish
• Experience in intercompany operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnostics corporate finance and information analysis
• Knowledge of accounting tax laws and business environments
