PeopleSoft Project Manager
San Carlos CA (Day1 Onsite)
Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 12 years of Industrial experience and 5 years of Project Manager experience across PeopleSoft projects.
• Lead the planning execution and delivery of PeopleSoft Upgrade projects within scope budget and timeline constraints.
• Should have PeopleSoft HCM/financials 9.2 Upgrade project management experience.
• Should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore Project Manager based out of India.
• Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
• Location must be at San Carol/SFO CA. Should work from customer location.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technical experts stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation timelines and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients endusers vendors and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Oversee quality assurance processes including testing and validation to ensure the integrity and functionality of PeopleSoft solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives including training and adoption strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize user acceptance.
