Job Title: ERP Functional ConsultantLocation: Qatar (Onsite/Offshore)Experience: 5+ yearsDuration: Long-termOverview:We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with a strong background in Financials and SCM modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have IT experience coupled with deep functional knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O, with Microsoft certifications being highly desirable. Additionally, expertise in Retail and Warehouse modules would be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:• Participate and lead requirement review sessions, ensuring alignment with architecture and design standards.• Develop high-level solution designs and define functional solutions for systems and applications within scope.• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the requirements and design phases, ensuring technical feasibility and providing high-level designs and solution architecture.• Guide teams through the full lifecycle, including development, staging, pre-production, and production environments.• Provide assistance and support to stakeholders across various phases, including Requirements, Development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pre-production, and post-production support.Requirements:• Strong 5+ years IT experience with expertise in Financials and SCM modules.• Microsoft certifications on Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.• Functional knowledge of Retail and Warehouse modules would be advantageous.• Proven ability to create high-level solution designs.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.• Experience guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle.• Ability to provide support across different project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-production support.Additional Information:• This role offers the opportunity for both onsite and offshore work, based in Qatar.• The candidate must be adaptable to working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with global teams.• Travel may be required based on project needs.
