Your daily tasks will be

• Taking accountability in decisionmaking related to architecture to ensure projects align with technical standards and business goals;
  
• Answering all technical implementation queries from team members ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives;
  
• Managing and creating comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and project transparency;
  
• Reporting directly to the Product Lead (or similar) providing updates insights and strategic feedback on project progress and technical challenges;
  
• Collaborating on estimating and planning working closely with team members across various departments to ensure accurate project timelines and resource allocation;
  
• Engaging in direct communication with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements set expectations and deliver project updates;
  
• Proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues in project execution;
  
• Analyzing current operations and advocating for continuous improvement through training sessions meetings and adoption of industry best practices;
  
• Staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the team and projects;
  
• Conducting troubleshooting as necessary to maintain project momentum and address technical challenges;
  
• Leading development initiatives providing support and opportunities for growth for other engineers as well as supporting an environment of open communication and collaboration.
  

What we expect from you

• At least 5 years of experience in working with Elixir or Erlang FPs;
  
• Exceptional technical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of architectural decisionmaking;
  
• Strong communication motivational and interpersonal skills ensuring effective collaboration and team cohesion;
  
• Ability to make informed decisions and act swiftly in a rapidly changing business environment;
  
• Proficiency in English both in written and verbal communication;
  
• ClickHouse DBMS knowledge is a bonus;
• Handson experience with Phoenix LiveView.
