David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Conversion Sales Agent with German for their Limassol office.

Position: Conversion Sales Agent with German

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and service
• Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversionfocused role within a similar industry or environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert highquality leads into longlasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous phonebased sales experience from any industry is a MUST!
• No previous Forex experience required
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objectionhandling skills
• Availability to start/join with the short notice
