Summary:
- Responsible for providing support and expertise to project / programmed / resource managers
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the time recording and resource demands made by project/programmed teams ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way.
- Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmers.
- Coordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely accurate and communicated effectively.
- Ensure projects and programmed operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards.
- Provide financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programmed.
- Planning as required in support of project and programmed governance (eg. Project plans; risk and issues logs etc).
- Help develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracking / forecasting resource movements and spend.
- Coordinate and where appropriate lead various forums / boards / meetings in support of project/programmed managers.
- Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage.
