Municipal Engineer - Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage business development initiatives for Municipal market sector
  
• Manage projects including setting priorities/developing objectives project financial management and handson design involvement
  
• Serve as technical resource for project team
  
• Project manager and engineering duties
  
• Manage client development including presentations and contract negotiations
  
• Manage multiple priorities for a multidiscipline environment
  

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Architecture or Urban Planning
  
• 6 years of municipal engineering roads drainage utilities and paving design experience
  
• Experience with developing strategic business plans marketing activities and client development (including presentation and proposal development)
  
• Civil 3D software experience preferred
  
• PE registration or Architecture license
