• Substitute for the Assistant Matre dhtel
• Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
• Support of the Assistant Matre during the daytoday business and the creation of the duty roster
• Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
• Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
• Contact person for passengers for suggestions proposals or complaints
• Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
• Duration of your 1st contract: 36 months (also after individual consultation)

We are looking for the best: you! What you bring on board:

• Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
• Very good expertise in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage / wine knowledge
• Passionate hosts with friendly polite and correct manners
• Leader with the talent to inspire guests and team members
• Quality and cost awareness
• Very good knowledge of German and good English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
