- Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
- Support of the Assistant Matre during the daytoday business and the creation of the duty roster
- Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
- Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
- Contact person for passengers for suggestions proposals or complaints
- Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
- Duration of your 1st contract: 36 months (also after individual consultation)

- Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
- Very good expertise in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage / wine knowledge
- Passionate hosts with friendly polite and correct manners

- Quality and cost awareness
- Very good knowledge of German and good English (spoken and written)
