The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of our company ensuing its financial health and stability. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance accounting and leadership with a proven track record of strategic financial management and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA CA or ICWA
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in a senior financial management role preferably in Trading FMCG and Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with teams Board of Directors.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and problemsolving ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong ethics and integrity with a commitment to transparency and compliance.
