Job Description:
Kratos Gaming Network is seeking a talented Product Manager with experience in ecommerce to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience and a strong background in engineering product management and the ecommerce domain.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the ecommerce strategy for Kratos Gaming Network focusing on user acquisition retention and revenue growth.
Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver ecommerce features and enhancements that enhance the user experience and drive business objectives.
Define product requirements create user stories and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives.
Conduct market research competitive analysis and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including design marketing and operations to launch and promote ecommerce offerings effectively.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce performance and implement strategies to optimize performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field.
25 years of experience in product management with a focus on ecommerce.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms technologies and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing ecommerce products or features.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with Web3 technologies is a plus.
