الوصف الوظيفي

Freshers or candidates with 12 years of project sales experience with an engineering background (Civil or Architect) and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil and architecture project sector.
  • Build relationships with architects engineers contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the project management team.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients highlighting the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends regulations and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and project progress.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads opportunities and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the construction or architecture industry.
  • Strong understanding of civil and architecture project processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: RO250.000 RO300.000 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Muscat: Relocate before starting work (Required)
