Freshers or candidates with 12 years of project sales experience with an engineering background (Civil or Architect) and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil and architecture project sector.
- Build relationships with architects engineers contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the project management team.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients highlighting the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and emerging technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities client interactions and project progress.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads opportunities and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the construction or architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of civil and architecture project processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Goaloriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: RO250.000 RO300.000 per month
