We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated media manager to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with the direct advertisers, agencies, internal account management teams and other Amazon business partners to manage media planning, campaign execution and reporting to deliver results for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Program manage the entire campaign lifecycle from media planning, campaign set up, optimization and reporting by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for sourcing assets from advertisers and coordinating with design, ad-ops team for creative moderation in line with Amazon policies
Own end to end campaign set up as per standard Operating Procedure (SOP) while adhering to agreed SLA (Service level Agreement) and AHT (Average Handling Time)
Meet business goals with respect to total tasks and quality metrics on a daily basis
Monitor campaign performance and optimize it to meet the advertiser goals through timely interventions
Provide end of campaign reports and insights and educate advertisers about new opportunities
