My client is a pre-IPO international Cyber vendor still in the early stages of their journey and now looking to build the EMEA team with a European Channel Sales Engineer to develop business with and for major Global Systems Integrators such as Cap Gemini, NTT, PwC, Accenture and specialised VaRs across the region.
Your role as Channel Sales Engineer will be to work specifically with GSIs Senior Account Directors / Executives, and Pre-Sales teams to enable them to value sell my client proposition into their client's SOC and internal/external MSSP solution offering. You will be running demos, running POVs with the technical support of Sales Engineering teams from UK/US whilst you build your technical capability in the product. You'll be tasked with building and cementing the relationships with these key partners selling to mid-large enterprises.
As a Channel Sales Engineer, it is expected that you live in Northern Europe as there will be 40-50% travel across the region and you must speak fluent English and French and ideally business-level German.
Specific technical training can be provided on the platform but a strong Sales Engineering background in Cyber and IT Security is essential where you have ideally worked for a Cyber vendor either in SOC/SIEM or Breach Detection solutions.
The Channel Sales Engineer will work alongside Senior VP-level colleagues in a small but highly efficient team.
