Product Manager 2

Role Overview: As a Product Manager you will be pivotal in guiding the development of our software products from conception to launch. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and marketing to ensure that our products meet business objectives and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through technical development and commercial release.
  
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product satisfies customer needs and surpasses market expectations.
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system architecture and design meet product goals.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
  
• Develop detailed product requirements and maintain the product roadmap.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align on product features and priorities.
  
• Measure and optimize the product by developing key metrics and feedback loops.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have created minimum meaningful 12 products from scratch (v imp)
  
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in product management within a software development environment.
  
• Strong background in software engineering and familiarity with coding practices.
  
• Proven experience in system design and architecture with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
  
• Previous experience as a product analyst with a solid understanding of datadriven product development and usercentric design.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in using analytics platforms to inform product decisions.
  
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology innovations.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
