Required a Data Architect for PuneRanchi location - Hybrid Mode

Role:
We are seeking an experienced and handson Senior Data Architect who possesses a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in data engineering and architecture. The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing cuttingedge data solutions leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and groom teams for success.

Responsibilities:

Data Architecture and Solution Design:
1. Lead the design and development of innovative data architecture solutions to address complex business challenges.
2. Architect scalable reliable and highperformance data platforms leveraging both traditional and emerging technologies.

3. Analyze client requirements conduct deepdive investigations and propose customized data solutions tailored to their needs.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:
1. Groom and mentor a team of data engineers and architects fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
2. Lead by example providing handson guidance and support to team members in technical design and implementation.
3. Drive collaborative problemsolving sessions and knowledgesharing initiatives within the team.

POVs White Papers and Delivery Leadership:
1. Write and present insightful Points of View (POVs) white papers and presentation decks on industry trends best practices and innovative data solutions.

2. Lead the delivery of client projects ensuring alignment with project goals timelines and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and deliver highimpact client presentations and demonstrations.

Proactive Leadership and Innovation:
1. Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
2. Lead the ideation and development of GoToMarket (GTM) solutions proofs of concept (POCs) and prototype implementations.
3. Drive thought leadership initiatives representing the organization in conferences forums and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of handson experience in data engineering architecture or related roles with a proven track record of leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex data architecture solutions for enterprise clients demonstrating deep technical expertise and problemsolving skills.
Strong proficiency in writing POVs white papers and presentation decks with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience leading large teams of 50 resources with a focus on mentorship team development and performance management.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
