Business Development Manager Bangladesh

The position is based in Bangladesh.

Tasks

THIS POSITION IS FOCUSED ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SUSTAINABILITY IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN AND INCLUDES:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to promote HIGG FEM SLCP verifications ZDHC trainings and other environmental and social audits ensuring alignment with Brands CoC.
• Leading initiatives to expand our service portfolio by developing new standards in environmental and social audits and identifying opportunities for diversification driving revenue growth.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including clients industry partners and government agencies to drive business expansion and promote sustainability.
• Collaborating closely with our country manager to identify market trends customer needs and competitive threats and develop targeted business development plans.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the supply chain manager on sales performance market trends and sustainability initiatives contributing to informed decisionmaking.

• Do you have the necessary network and a proven track record in business development and sales within the apparel and consumer goods industry in Bangladesh
• Are you committed to spearheading sustainability initiatives such as HIGG FEM (Facility Environmental Module) SLCP (Social and Labour convergence Program) verifications ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) trainings and other environmental and social audits
• Do you possess the skills to support the development of sales for new standards in social audits and diversify our service offerings
• Can you effectively collaborate with country manager and provide support to the supply chain manager
