Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in animation comprehensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in email marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design including creating engaging animations graphics for digital and print media and coding HTML emails tailored to resonate with audiences in the wagering and gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce attractive and effective graphics and animations for various media including websites social media email marketing and print advertisements.
  
• Code and develop HTML emails ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices.
  
• Utilize and optimize customer.io for marketing automation to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
  
• Provide expertlevel proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  
• Stay current with the latest design animation and email marketing trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Animation or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of professional design experience preferably in a related industry.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing highquality graphics animations and HTML email designs.
  
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Proven experience with HTML/CSS for email marketing and familiarity with customer.io or similar marketing automation tools.
  
• Excellent visual communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
