Job Description
SRM Technologies: Head Accounts
Reporting to : Managing Director (Admin.) & CFO (Functional)
Experience : Total 15 years. In IT services industry: 5 years.
Location : Chennai
Organisation : SRM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

SRM Technologies is a Rs. 200 Cr. IT services company with customers in the US Japan Europe and India. The Company aims to grow exponentially in the next 3 years with significant investments planned across various domains.
Role
The Head Accounts (HA) is responsible for shall be responsible for Accounting Taxation and regulatory compliances Finance and Financial processes and MIS. The HA shall also coordinate the Budgeting activity analyse the actual performance with respect to the Budgets/ Targets and provide analysis of variances.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accounting: Record to Report process including Statutory and Internal Audit of the company.
- Taxation: Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax returns etc.
- Finance: Financial Management including Cash Flow management working capital management banking relationships etc.
- AR/AP: Control the receipts and payments as per company policies and requirements.
- Budgeting and MIS
- Coordinate and formulate operational and Financial Budgets/ Targets
- Analyse and present variance analysis
Education skills and traits
- CAInter/ CMAInter/ MBA (Finance) with 5 years of relevant experience in the IT services industry
- Experience of managing US/ Europe/ Japan entity books (preferable)
- Expertise in Financial modeling (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Professional and Ethical Behavior
- Multilingual fluency in English necessary working knowledge of Tamil preferable.
