Job Title: Group Product Manager I
Work Location: Bellevue WA 98008
Duration: 7 Months
Work Type: Contract
Job Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Lead a team of API backend developers and UI Developers in delivering large and complex API solutions
- Work with customer Technology leadership and Senior Managers in identifying the requirements convert into features define acceptance criteria.
- Guide the Scrum Master and developers to define User stories and Story points.
- Own the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional level.
- Plan the capability features
- The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with Client leadership Scrum Master and Developers in identifying technical requirements nonfunctional requirements and translate them into features and User stories.
- The candidate is also expected to drive product demos.
- Provide guidance to support the product backlog grooming sessions conducted by Scrum master.
- Provide guidance to API developers and UI developers to Design implement test and deploy APIs using the latest technologies and best practices.
- Agile project delivery End to End ownership in implementing custom build API solutions communicate risks issues challenges and status/progress of the project.
- Present program level status updates to the leadership
Required Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of Product Owner experience with technical background preferably on Java Rest API Microservices architecture React.js.
- Experience in agile software product development.
- Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
- Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
- SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent.
- Experience in Jira Jira Align Github tools
- Experience in AWS Cloud deployments Pipeline deployments will be a plus
Expectations from this role:
- Manages the product throughout the Product Lifecycle under guidance from Product Manager II to enable the delivery of great products
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Defines the Product Roadmap
- Ensure product requirements and user stories are clearly understood from the customer discovery process
- Ensures the product and customer requirements are gathered and prioritized
- Enables research and plans the productline strategy
- Sets and tracks clear Product Success goals
- Ensure the execution of their product development in collaboration with engineering
- Adherence to the best practices and standards; provide periodic status updates
- Perform product demos to customers
- Influence and improve customer satisfaction
- Set OKRs for self/team and also provide feedback to the goals of team membersTypical performance measures:

- Number of Customer Retentions
- TCV of Customer Revenue
- Product growth
- Achievement of revenue targets
- Adherence to project schedule and timelines

- Plan to develop great products:
- Set quality product goals and key initiatives to meet the same
- Create and manage a product roadmap based on delivering value outcomes
- Write high quality user stories
- Facilitate the collection and prioritization of roadmap inputs and manage a living roadmap
- Conduct Product and Release Planning sessions with crossfunctional teams
- Design to deliver great customer experience:
- Design customercentric experiences throughout the customer decision journey
- Define user experience (e.g. wire framing journey maps) partnering with product designers
- Write great user stories by capturing and translating customer stories into product features that deliver value and delights users
- Research the market to ensure an unfair advantage
- Understand market trends partner ecosystems and competitive strategies
- Understand users the marketplace the competition and future trends for the domain or type of system being developed through customer and market research competitive analysis and rapidly acquiring domain expertise
- Define and articulate unique product and business differentiation
- Manage business to go to and win in the markets
- Set goals and establish and manage to KPIs for product success (OKRs Pirate Metrics etc.)
- Protect assets and mitigate risks employing IP knowledge
- Manage great people
- Lead teams communicate with diverse groups and influence change throughout the organization
- Set a vision of what s/he wishes to build and motivate the engineering team to deliver the vision
- Prioritize delegate influence persuade resolve

- Use scrum / agile proficiency (backed up by CSPO / CSM certifications) to deliver projects
